1. Order Processing

All orders placed through the Paladin Armoury online store are processed as quickly as possible.

Typical processing times:

  • In-stock products: 3–6 business days

  • Made-to-order or large orders: 4–31 business days

Orders are processed Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation and tracking number will be sent where available.


2. Shipping Locations

Paladin Armoury currently ships nationwide within South Africa.

For large commercial orders or international shipping, please contact us directly before placing an order.


3. Courier Delivery

We ship using reliable courier partners to ensure safe and trackable delivery.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major cities: 2–4 business days

  • Regional areas: 3–5 business days

  • Remote locations: up to 7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations and location.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package size and weight

  • Delivery location

  • Courier rates

Occasionally Paladin Armoury may offer promotional shipping rates or free shipping promotions, which will be displayed during checkout when applicable.


5. Order Tracking

Where available, customers will receive a tracking number once their order has been dispatched.

Tracking allows customers to monitor the delivery progress directly through the courier service.


6. Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • The shipping address is correct

  • Someone is available to receive the parcel

Paladin Armoury cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Courier delays outside of our control

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply.


7. Damaged or Missing Parcels

All orders are carefully packed before dispatch.

If your parcel arrives:

  • Damaged, or

  • With missing items

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the parcel and contents

This allows us to investigate the issue with the courier service and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.


8. Large Orders and Commercial Deliveries

For bulk orders, store installations, or commercial shipments, delivery arrangements may be made separately.

These orders may:

  • Ship via pallet or freight

  • Require scheduled delivery

  • Have different delivery timelines

Clients will be informed of delivery arrangements before dispatch.


9. Delays Outside Our Control

While we aim to deliver orders promptly, Paladin Armoury is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Transport strikes

  • Public holidays

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

We will always do our best to assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery issues.
